PREP 15 Min's COOK 20 Min's READY IN 35 Min's 6 servings
Ingredients
6 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cubed 1/2 cup warm milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine
3/4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
Directions
1. Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Cover and
bring to a boil; cook for 20-25 minutes or until very tender. Drain well. Add
milk, butter, salt and pepper; mash until light and fluffy.
This was very good.
It was nice to have something different other than rice.
